The event provides an excellent opportunity for students to present and receive feedback on an academic paper, a chapter or initial ideas of their thesis, or some other research in any phase. Poster presentations will consist of maximally A0 or B0 size posters, which will be on display at SEAS between 4–11 March 2020. Posters are welcome in any of the following topic areas related to students’ work at SEAS: * American history and literature * Applied linguistics and language pedagogy * English and American culture * English literature and history * Theoretical linguistics Presenters of outstanding posters will receive valuable prizes! To apply, students should fill in the following online application form: https://forms.gle/ueMFKx6hFXeKkyVC6 The deadline for applications is **15 February 2020.** The following pieces of information are required: the TITLE of the poster presentation; a 200-word SUMMARY of the poster presentation; applicant’s NAME and E-MAIL ADDRESS; TOPIC area and LEVEL (BA, MA, PhD, ELT (OTAK)), BA, MA and ELT (OTAK) students should also include the NAME OF AN INSTRUCTOR at SEAS who has agreed to support their application. (PhD students do not need to include a reference.)
