Scholarly Writing. This course focuses on writing as a recursive process that includes prewriting, drafting, editing, and revising. Particular emphasis is given to argumentation, strong thesis statements, and the use of evidence.

requirements & assessment
Throughout the course students edit each other's work and finally complete a well crafted academic research paper.
